Analyst​/Registrar Security Clearance

Position: Analyst/Registrar with Security Clearance
One Federal Solution is hiring an Analyst/Registrar to support our Federal Government client in the Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card credentialing office in the San Diego, CA area.

Job Duties:

Data Entry into various systems
Activate security compliant PIV cards
Run Reports
Take up to date photographs of PIV cardholders.
Assist with tracking PIV card expiration and recertification due dates
Order fingerprints
Printing PIV cards as identified for processing
Review of reports, emails, or other data identifying PIV card specific information such as expiration dates
Schedule PIV card, fingerprinting, photography, etc., appointments with applicable staff commensurate with the PIV activation need.
Troubleshoot unexpected issues or problems such as PIV cards being misrouted to incorrect locations
Collaborate with the local NPS Building Management staff for utilizing PIV cards for granting physical building access
Use clear and professional communication and provide a high quality of customer service when interacting with Government personnel.

Required Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must possess computer skills preferably in the following computer software programs:
Microsoft Office Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
Minimum 2 years of experience conducting administrative tasks. About One Federal Solution
