Overview
Haven Design and Build is a dynamic, fast-growing construction and design firm specializing in high-quality residential projects. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and serve as a key partner to company leadership.
Responsibilities- Support day-to-day operations and act as a right hand to leadership to streamline operations and improve internal workflows.
- Assist with keeping the business running smoothly and coordinating cross-departmental activities.
- Contribute to internal systems and participate in processes that support residential construction projects.
- Collaborate across departments and grow alongside a committed and creative team.
- Recent college graduate or entry-level professional seeking a meaningful career in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
- Interest in construction, design, and business operations and willingness to learn and grow.
Compensation: $48,000 - $55,000 + benefits
