About The Role
This role sits at the heart of We@MoFo, bringing our Affinity Programs and Heritage Months to life while serving as the operational lead for the We@MoFo team. The Coordinator will partner closely with affinity group co-chairs to plan and deliver meaningful programs and events, support workplace experience initiatives, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. From managing budgets and portal pages to coordinating workflows and driving execution, this position blends strategy, organization, and collaboration to create an inclusive, high-impact experience across the firm—all while delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders.
- Support administration of the annual firmwide engagement survey, including data collection, analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
- Track and maintain engagement, participation, demographic, and inclusion-related data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across initiatives.
- Prepare routine reports and respond to internal data requests in consultation with Workforce Planning & Analytics and the Office of the General Counsel.
- Serve as primary operations support for the We@MoFo team, providing day-to-day coordination, scheduling, logistics, and follow-up for programs and events.
- Coordinate firmwide engagement initiatives, including quarterly welcome communications, year-end stakeholder gifts, and cross-office programming support.
- Assist with budget and operational management, including pre-bill reviews, expense audits, charge/matter number administration, and internal portal updates.
- Support affinity groups by onboarding new leaders, maintaining distribution lists and directories, tracking events and budgets, and planning the annual Affinity Program meeting.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys, professional staff, and office leadership to ensure programs run smoothly, align with firm priorities, and deliver a strong participant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience in recruiting, admissions, diversity, or related work within a professional services firm or higher education environment; law firm or law school experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, coordinate projects, and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience working with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, or relational databases preferred, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with a strong client-service mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven reliability, discretion, and initiative, with the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: local market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience;
and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
New York salary range: $63k to $89k
Boston, Washington, D.C. salary range: $60k to $84k
