Overview
Mossy Nissan is seeking an entry level Office Inventory Clerk to join our team. A great attitude and a strong work ethic are important, and we are willing to train the right candidate. This position is located at our Business Office in Kearny Mesa. The role is mostly computer work in a quiet, clean, professional environment.
The ideal candidate will have superb organizational and multi-tasking abilities, and previous related office experience. If you do not have previous experience, you can still be considered if you can demonstrate why you are the right candidate for the position.
We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, accidental insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and paid holidays. Rate of pay is hourly, not commission. This is not a sales job; this is an administrative office position.
Employees in this position will be paid a base hourly wage ranging from $18.00/hr to $21.00/hr.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following; other duties may be assigned.
- The Office Inventory Clerk manages records, paperwork, accounting, and physical inventory audits for Vehicle Inventory Department.
- Previous related experience preferred – NOT required
- Experience in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work closely in a departmentalized team environment
- Positive attitude
- Ability to multitask
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Must be highly organized, have excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid CA Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record Required
