Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking a full-time Manager Assistant to join our team in San Diego
.
The Manager Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Compensation$21 to $25 per hour
ScheduleMonday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Hybrid
What You ll Do (Duties/Responsibilities)- Administrative Support - Manage daily office operations, handle correspondence, schedule appointments, and prepare reports.
- Resident Services - Assist residents with inquiries, process payments, and coordinate move-ins/move-outs.
- Architectural Review - Support the architectural review process, including scheduling meetings and tracking project progress.
- Financial Management - Assist with financial tasks, such as processing invoices and maintaining records.
- General Support - Perform various tasks as assigned, such as coordinating meetings, preparing communications, and managing vendor relationships.
- At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience. HOA property management experience is a plus!
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. College education preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
- Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
- Positive and professional demeanor
