The Administrative Assistant handles customer inquiries in person, on the phone, and through the company email providing information to the public according to established procedures. The customer’s first impression should be that our company has integrity and is safe and fun. You tell our story to everyone you come in contact with; they judge our company and all of our CAST members by the way you do your job.
This position is also responsible for computer support, photocopying, filing, mailing, inventory, and other clerical duties to support the other staff members in a busy office environment.
- Handle customer inquiries in person, on the phone, and via company email according to established procedures.
- Provide information to the public; ensure a positive first impression of the company.
- Support computer-related tasks, photocopying, filing, mailing, inventory, and other clerical duties to support staff in a busy office environment.
- Assist guests with online reservations; use maps to help lost guests and provide directions to relevant attractions.
- Answer multi-line telephone and radio, transfer calls professionally, and deliver messages as needed.
- Respond to company email inquiries and direct messages to the appropriate person.
- Operate office equipment and computer systems; input and retrieve data and text.
- Competitive pay and paid training: $20 per hour

Qualifications- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Prior clerical, secretarial, or business administration experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct
- Strong organizational and communication skills
