Job Description:The Associate Financial Representative will play a crucial role in supporting the financial advisor by handling administrative and operational responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals. The successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support
:
Provide administrative assistance to the financial advisor, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. - Client Communication
:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a high level of client service. - Document Preparation
:
Prepare and process various financial documents, including account forms, reports, and presentations. - Data Management
:
Maintain accurate client records, update databases, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. - Meeting Coordination
:
Organize and coordinate client meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and available. - Compliance
:
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all administrative processes. - Special Projects
:
Support the financial advisor with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Education
:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred. - Experience
:
Previous administrative or clerical experience in a financial services setting is preferred. - Skills
:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with financial software. - Attributes
