Although we want you to be available during business hours for certain tasks, most of the work is mainly measured by tasks done & not so much by the time clock. Flexibility to get the work done at your own pace as long as it’s done before the due dates. - Opportunity to grow with us. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle emails & setup appointments with clients
- Participate occasionally in zoom meetings & take notes and/or present to clients
- Make basic changes/edits needed on Word Press websites to assist the seo team
- Use seo tools as needed for basic tasks, etc
- Work with variety of technologies (CRM, project management tools, seo tools, gsuite, google spreadsheets)
- Collaborate with our marketing team & assist with work needed for fulfilling projects
- Check or assign out basic tasks on basecamp to teams when needed
- Place online orders from our vendors
- Basic misc. tasks to help out the business from research, posting hiring ads, posting social media posts, etc
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years experience in an admin position and/or virtual assistant position. Bonus points if you have experience working with marketing agencies.
- Ability to professionally speak & present in zoom meetings or phone calls with clients & teams
- Customer service skills:
Ability to send professional emails and handle clients professionally - Understands how to work on Word Press websites (making edits, changes, installing plugins, redirects, using page builders to make very basic edits, etc)
- Knowledge of a variety of technologies and how to use them (CRM, Project management tools like Basecamp/asana, Calendly, Gsuite, google spreadsheets, slack)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing lingo and basic understanding of digital marketing
- BONUS POINTS:
If you have extensive experience with using seo tools, involved in seo and/or have deep knowledge as well as experience in digital marketing
