Senior Manager of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting

Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting to support technical accounting research, policy development, and financial reporting initiatives. This role will play a key part in ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and supporting complex accounting matters.

Salary Range: $130,000 – $170,000

Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

• Research and interpret U.S. GAAP guidance for complex accounting matters
• Prepare technical accounting memos and documentation
• Support accounting policy development and implementation
• Own financial reporting and related disclosures
• Partner cross-functionally on accounting implications of transactions

• Big 4 or national audit firm experience required
• Technical accounting experience within industry required
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Experience with drafting or preparing SEC filings strongly preferred
