Audit Manager

Our client, a dynamic and growing public accounting firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join their team. This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee complex engagements, build strong client relationships, and mentor staff within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

• Lead and manage financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for clients across a variety of industries.
• Plan and oversee engagement fieldwork, supervise audit teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of services.
• Identify, research, and resolve complex accounting and auditing matters.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, building and maintaining trusted relationships.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff, supporting their professional growth and development.
• Assist with business development efforts, including proposals and client presentations.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory updates, and evolving GAAP and GAAS standards.

• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive audit experience, including reviews and compilations.
• Proficiency with audit software (e.g., CCH Engagement, Case Ware, or Pro System fx) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
