Senior Property Accountant

Responsibilities of this direct hire Sr Property Accountant career opportunity include:

• Manage full cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL, journal entries, month end close, treasury) for portfolio.
• Produce financials and various reports for management.
• Annual CAM reconciliations.
• POC for tenants.
• Provide financial support to drive company growth and operational success.
• Bachelors degree (preferably in Accounting or Finance)
• 5+ years of experience in general accounting within commercial real estate.
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager.
• Strong communication skills for client and internal interactions.
• Proactive, self-starter, able to work under minimum supervision.
