Senior Tax Accountant

SENIOR TAX STAFF

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Senior Tax professionals to deliver high quality tax services to our clients. This position offers excellent opportunities for leadership and career advancement.

• Preparation of advanced Individual, Partnership, Corporate and Trust tax returns
• Review of intermediate Individual, Partnership, Corporate and Trust tax returns
• Preparation of federal and state quarterly estimated tax payments
• Assist with tax audits and tax research projects
• Handle multiple engagements at one time and meet deadlines
• Ask appropriate questions when faced with difficulties
• Produce deliverables that are clear, concise, thorough and of professional quality
• Provide guidance and feedback to staff and interns
• Facilitate and partake in office trainings and mentorship program
• Dedicated to meeting and exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external clients

• 3 or more years of experience in public accounting
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting or Tax
• CPA certification obtained or in progress
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Highly detail-oriented, organized and proactive
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-service focus
• Strong computer skills; knowledge of Pro System Tax and Engagement a plus
• Technical skills reflective of experience
• An ability to work within a team framework and comfortable reporting to multiple people

Annual base pay: $80,000 - $110,000 plus overtime
