Position Summary:
WS Management is seeking a detail-oriented professional for a hybrid Front Desk Supervisor & Accounting Coordinator role. This position balances guest-facing Front Desk supervision with hotel accounting responsibilities, offering a unique growth opportunity for someone interested in both operations and finance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, takes pride in accuracy, and can confidently shift between Front Desk supervision and accounting responsibilities throughout the week.
KeyAccounting Responsibilities (≈40%):
Prepare and send guest invoices (AR)
Upload and code vendor invoices (AP)
Review vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Ensure recurring bills are submitted monthly
Support month-end accounting processes
Key Front Desk Responsibilities (≈60%):Maintain administrative records, forms, and compliance documents.
Support onboarding tasks such as new hire setups, training documents, or communication logs.
Assist GMs with scheduling meetings, compiling reports, and managing internal documentation.
Coordinate with corporate accounting/HR as needed.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Front Desk hotel experience required (supervisory preferred)
Accounting, bookkeeping, or invoice processing experience preferred
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to balance guest service with administrative work
Comfortable working with PMS and accounting systems
