• Manage strategic technical accounting advisory engagements and lead multidisciplinary teams serving clients across various industries, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. This role functions as a generalist, providing services to a diverse client base.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to advise clients on complex technical accounting issues, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, new accounting pronouncements, debt/equity transactions, share-based compensation, purchase accounting, IPO processes, and consolidation.
• Research and resolve complex accounting issues, balancing client preferences within the US GAAP framework.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field.
• Technical accounting and transaction advisory experience from a top-tier public accounting firm or reputable in-house corporate environment.
• Strong people, project, and client management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex subjects and develop pragmatic solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Adaptability to changing timelines, deadlines, and scope of work.
