Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? LHH is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Sr. Staff Accountant to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of accounting functions while supporting the financial health and strategic goals of our client’s organization.

• Oversee the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting activities
• Supervise and support the accounts payable function, ensuring proper controls and efficiency
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support audit activities as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience with accounting software
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
