Who You Are:- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, including invoice processing and payment execution
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and AP tools such as Concur or Coupa
- Strong understanding of month‑end close procedures and accruals
- Knowledge of tax reporting requirements (e.g., 1099) and audit support
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a busy inbox
- Review and route invoices for approval, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Process payments via checks, ACH, wires, and online platforms
- Assist with month‑end close activities, including reconciliations and meeting deadlines
- Prepare and maintain accurate records for tax reporting and audits
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support SOX compliance
