We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Controller
. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying on top of details, and communicating with both internal teams and clients to keep projects running smoothly and accounts up to date.

You’ll play a key role in managing invoices, insurance documentation, and client payment coordination, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and send invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Track and reconcile payments and outstanding balances
  • Follow up with clients regarding payments and billing questions in a professional and friendly way
  • Maintain and organize insurance documentation for projects and vendors
  • Assist with financial reporting and record keeping as needed
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate billing information
  • Support general accounting and administrative tasks within the finance department
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities (verbal and written)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • A team player who’s proactive and dependable
  • Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial data
  • Experience with Quick Books or similar accounting software is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Prior experience in billing, accounting, or administrative support preferred, but not required
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred — or equivalent work experience
