$16.50 per hour (plus commissions and bonuses).

• Comprehensive training on sales, goal setting, and customer education

• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking provided

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Open and close the business as required
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals
• Guide customers to their tanning rooms and demonstrate equipment use
• Attend off‑site sales and job training sessions

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 18 years
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods (up to 7 hours per day)
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for nights and weekends
