• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold; paid out monthly.
• Commission potential when shadowing other sales associates during training.
• No experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Hands‑on training regarding the business and Perspire Health & Wellness Philosophy.

• Monday‑Friday: 6:30‑12 pm, 12‑4 pm, 4‑9:30 pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 7:30 am‑12 pm, 12‑4 pm, 4‑8:30 pm

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission‑based environment.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high‑energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility, turnover and cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area.
