Our Selle Royal USA Team is looking for an Account Specialist to support the Key Account Manager in managing strategic retail partners, ensuring seamless execution across order management, product presentation, in-store and online training, and trade marketing initiatives. This role bridges commercial, operational, and marketing functions to strengthen retailer relationships and maximize brand visibility and sell‑through.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations to store teams and partners, and conduct sales training sessions—both in‑store and virtual—to improve product knowledge and sales performance.
  • Track sell‑in and sell‑out data to identify growth opportunities and gaps.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product and account data, including assortments, pricing, and promotions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order collection, processing, and delivery coordination through CRM and ERP systems.
  • Support the Key Account Manager in day‑to‑day management of key retail accounts and collaborate to optimize product replenishment, forecast accuracy, and availability.
  • Serve as a key contact for customer service and product‑related inquiries.
  • Coordinate trade marketing campaigns and support event activations and promotional activities in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Monitor merchandising compliance, brand visibility, and planogram execution at store level.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic planning.
  • Support the preparation of sales reviews, performance reports, and account presentations.
  • Work closely with logistics, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
YOUR SKILLS
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of ERP (SAP preferred) and B2B platforms (Shopify a plus).
  • Understanding of merchandising and retail dynamics.
  • Strong presentation, training, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Passion and knowledge of sport and biking (a plus).
OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years in sales or inside sales, ideally within the cycling or sporting goods industry.
  • Willingness to travel (+50% time).
