• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
• No experience is required. Comprehensive training is provided.

• Once onboarded, tailored ongoing 1:1 support is provided.

• Monday through Friday: 6:30‑12 pm, 12‑4:00 pm, 4‑9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am‑12 pm, 12‑4 pm, 4‑8:30 pm

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission‑based atmosphere
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain a clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
