Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Outlets at San Clemente (Vuori).

Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $19.00/hr this range is provided by Vuori. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Forge lasting relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
• Greet customers in a timely, authentic and engaging manner.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Seek new product knowledge in the broader fashion landscape and active-wear specifically to serve as an expert for the customer.
• Assist in the completion of projects while keeping the focus on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening; collaborate on inventory management; keep the store clean and organized; execute cash control procedures; and maintain merchandising/visual directives.
• Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.

• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality.
