We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Tustin, CA location. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Core responsibilities include staff recruitment, training, and development, while maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness. The General Manager will also manage budgets, monitor inventory and supply levels, implement marketing initiatives, and address customer inquiries to ensure seamless operations and overall profitability.
Qualifications- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience supervising and mentoring teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant management, including daily operations, inventory management, and customer service.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and promoting special events or menu offerings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address customer inquiries and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, cost control, and meeting revenue targets.
- Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining high food quality standards.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry, with a track record of successful management roles.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
