We are seeking a Lead Estimator with commercial construction experience, based out of our San Clemente office. This is a leadership role with one of Southern California's top contractors, offering excellent pay, benefits, and growth opportunities. Our office is pretty relaxed. As long as you "handle your business" that's what we care about. We start to shut the office down around noon on Friday's.

• Lead estimating and bid preparation for major projects
• Build and maintain client relationships to secure work in the region
• Support project teams in implementing efficiencies and resolving challenges
• Eventually build a team of Estimators around you
• Oversee and mentor Project Engineers and Estimators
• Promote and participate in a zero-injury safety culture

• B.S. in Engineering OR 7+ years of progressive industry experience
• Experience leading Junior Estimators
• Strong knowledge of industrial piping, materials, and installation techniques
• Proficiency in cost estimating, including calculations involving percentages, algebra, and geometry
