Giants Summer Camps is looking for a Site Director in the Bay Area who is energetic, positive, and loves to inspire youth to make good choices and be accountable for their actions while having a great time. We provide the equipment, training, and curriculum; you provide the leadership that helps campers have a wonderful learning experience and leave camp with a love of the game, new friends, better baseball/softball skills, and an appreciation for personal accountability.

• Experienced leader, self‑starter, excellent communicator
• Passionate about creating a positive impact on children, families, coaches, and the local community
• Experience working with children ages 4‑13
• Experience coaching and/or playing baseball/softball at a high school level or higher
• Passion for teaching and providing quality leadership in an engaging and energetic way
• Able to connect with children both one‑on‑one and in a group setting
• Acutely aware of physical and emotional safety, and can problem‑solve in real time
• Leads by example with strong character, integrity, and a positive attitude
• Dependable and reliable; can be counted on to be there, no matter what
• Thrives on providing candid feedback to team members, helping them grow personally and professionally
• Know how to have a lot of fun!!

• Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers
• Supervise, manage, and motivate staff and campers, delivering a high‑level camp experience
• Execute San Francisco Giants Baseball Camps Curriculum daily under your direction
• Provide feedback and suggestions during drills and games
• Highlight teachable moments for campers and coaches to learn and grow from
• Work with team members from various backgrounds to uphold the Giants Baseball Camps stellar reputation

• Prepare for a 10‑week commitment Monday‑Friday for approximately eight hours per day (Giants Baseball & Softball Camps run every week from June 8, 2026 to August 14, 2026)
• Prepared to travel to each site with reliable transportation of your own
• Pass a comprehensive background screening
• A polished professional with demonstrated leadership ability
• Sometimes responsible for driving a rented cargo van & having a safe space to park it (Giants Baseball & Softball Camps covers the cost of fuel for the van associated with work/camp use only)
• Familiar with the basic fundamentals of baseball
• Experience and comfort with technology to ensure efficient camp operations

Pay is based on skill level and experience. The weekly range for this position is $1,360 to $1,600 per week.
