- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance & installation for HVAC products such as heat pumps, zoning, ductwork, etc. as needed
- Complete ad-hoc tasks such as city inspections, deliveries, etc.
- Perform ongoing training, performance reviews & goal tracking
- Complete training courses
- Perform ongoing training, performance reviews & goal tracking
- Perform driving record & background check
- Achieve goals assigned on a timely manner
- Complete all onboarding tasks & courses
- Following instructions
- Punctuality when clocking in & out
- Reliable & clear communication
- Cell phone capable of downloading apps required
