As an Account Executive, you will work with a fast‑paced team to sell, deploy, support, and expand next‑generation warehouse robotic systems. This high‑visibility role offers the opportunity to collaborate with commercial and technical groups across the organization and to build strong relationships with customers in fulfillment warehouses.
Main responsibilities- Work with Sales Leadership to size and position robotic solutions for new and existing customers
- Develop, maintain, and grow a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in the target market
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to closed sales
- Collaborate with solutions, marketing, product, and customer success teams to provide field feedback and ensure an ideal customer experience
- Network and develop relationships with partners to expand market presence
- Travel onsite with prospects to qualify operations and fit of the solution
- Lead and drive expansion of systems at early‑stage customer sites
- Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
- Scale‑up systems to meet growing customer needs
- Conduct post‑project evaluation to identify successes and improvements
- Communicate with customers daily to ensure smooth transitions to deployment and scaling opportunities
- Communicate and troubleshoot with the Robust engineering team
- BS in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field and at least 5 years of related experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of distribution and fulfillment operations
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives
- Ability to communicate technical and complex information verbally and in writing
- Self‑motivated and able to solve problems independently in customer settings
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams
- Knowledge of and interest in diverse technical topics, including software, hardware, and robotics
- Experience managing and navigating complex sales cycles
- Perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to high‑pressure situations effectively
- Strong leadership and relationship‑building skills
- 50% travel required
