Responsibilities

* Develop end-to-end quality strategies for robot manufacturing, from subassemblies to full systems

* Conduct PFMEA to identify failure modes and enhance test coverage and process robustness

* Work with test and firmware engineers to integrate quality checks into manufacturing workflows

* Analyze test data to monitor station yields and identify root causes of failures

* Collaborate with design teams to implement quality improvements at both component and system levels

* Lead Design of Experiments (DOE) to establish optimized pass/fail limits and improve test accuracy

* Evaluate test station performance and scalability across different production sites

* Document quality plans, testing procedures, and data-driven corrective actions
