Fast-paced, dynamic, and proactive, You Tube’s Trust and Safety team is dedicated to making You Tube a safe place for users, viewers, and content creators around the world to create and express themselves. This role requires thinking through the unique challenges of a broad array of policy areas (e.g., hate, misinformation, adult, reused content, kids) while developing processes that are consistent and resilient to protect the ecosystem.

This role will require review of graphic, controversial, and offensive video content at times.
