Project Analyst

Are you looking to join a dynamic project analysis team at a rapidly growing construction company? We seek a motivated Project Analyst to contribute to our success while working on a variety of underground/electric construction projects in San Bruno, CA.

• Conduct financial analysis to support decision‑making processes
• Track project revenue, milestones, and costs to budget
• Assist in budget forecasting and Excel modeling
• Prepare project schedules, and measure & report on progress
• Monitor metrics including Days Sales Outstanding and Work‑in‑Progress
• Identify and implement process improvements to systems & processes

• 3‑5 years in construction project management
• Strong verbal, writing, and analysis skills
• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Construction Management; or equivalent experience

• Experience with project management software and MS Excel (pivots, vlookups, etc)
• Background in forecasting and budgeting

Salary range: $70,000 - $120,000
