Position: Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Bilingual Spanish)

Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Bilingual Spanish) for a mission-driven legal services client. This is a temporary, 8-week hybrid opportunity located onsite two days per week, with flexibility on which days, supporting a small legal team during an employee leave.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Part-Time Administrative Assistant will provide essential bilingual administrative and client support to a collaborative legal team during a temporary leave coverage period. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth client workflows by preparing documentation, organizing files, and assisting clients with forms and paperwork. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, client-friendly, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create and maintain organized client files and documentation
  • Prepare paperwork and assist clients in completing forms accurately
  • Support attorneys with administrative and client service tasks
  • Maintain workflow and organization during employee leave coverage
  • Communicate professionally with clients in both English and Spanish
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams for daily operations
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Prior administrative support experience in a professional setting
  • Experience working directly with customers or clients
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Professional, responsive, and able to work independently
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This temporary opportunity offers a competitive hourly pay range of $28-$29 per hour, based on experience. The role provides a flexible hybrid schedule, business casual work environment, and onsite equipment.
