Medical Administrative Assistant needed for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity with Yoh's high-end client located in San Bruno, CA.

Looking for a seasoned administrative healthcare professional to be the face of a very well-known company's health center. The clinic functions similar to an urgent care—offering occupational, primary, and preventative care plus many other services for their employees and families ages 2+.

Must be flexible to rotate both shifts:
Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm and 8:00am to 5:00pm

Top Skills You Should Possess
  • Must have recent work experience within a healthcare administrative role
  • At least three years' experience providing administrative support in a clinic or office setting
  • Positive attitude, professional, and excellent customer service skills
  • Front office experience such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, patient follow-ups, computer work, etc.
  • Looking for a responsible, friendly, and helpful employee who's not afraid to learn and work autonomously as well as a team
What You'll Be Doing
  • Front-line, patient facing support at the health center
  • Greet patients and check them in/out
  • Answer and route calls
  • Copy, scan, file, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Office organization and support daily clinic operations
  • Scheduling and managing multi-service appointments in EPIC
  • Open and/or close the clinic based on operational needs
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Table
  • TB (PPD) test from within the last year or must be willing to obtain upon being offered the job
  • Recent EPIC experience required
  • Confidentiality, compliance, and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented
