ResponsibilitiesThe warehouse associate is responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, and accurately filling customer orders. The role also includes picking parts to fulfill orders, recording arrival and departure times for shipments, operating stock‑management tools such as powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks, routine cleaning duties, and interfacing with management to ensure key objectives are realized.

- Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
- Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
- Scanning items into the warehouse management system.
- Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
- Organizing the warehouse space.
- Preparing orders for shipment.
- Picking orders for shipment.
- Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
- Operating stock‑management tools: powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks.
- Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
- Routine cleaning duties.
- Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized.
- Maintaining safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Accurately follow written and verbal directions.
- Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
- Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10‑50 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 100 lbs.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach.
- Occasionally required to sit and climb ladders or stairs or balance.
- May be subject to environmental conditions; protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
- May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
- Attention to detail.

- Able to work well under pressure.
- Must be able to work well with other staff members and supervisors.
- Must have open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and overtime.
- 1‑2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse.
