** Recycling Lead
** Job Overview
*** Partner with Maintenance/Recycle Manager on all challenges, decisions, adjustments or changes to be made to ensure that all aspects of the Bob’s business plan are considered and followed
* Thoroughly understand Bob’s Discount Furniture Company & Department Policies and procedures
* Ensure that department training plan encompasses quality, speed and accuracy
* Mentor, guide, coach and train other Recycling employees in recycling materials, safe cleaning and material handling practices
* Provide updates to Managers throughout the day on all day-to-day activities and progress of associates
* Sort materials, operate forklift, and clamp trucks
* Delegate tasks and follow up
* All other duties as assigned

**** Minimum Qualifications
*** Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.
* Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
* High School Diploma or equivalent Warehouse/mechanical experience
* Must be able to operate bailers and compressed recyclables
* Must be able to operate forklift and clamp truck
* Excellent communication and verbal skills
* Strong leadership & organizational skills
* Must be able to operate and adjust to change in a fast-paced work environment
* Ability to organize and prioritize the workload daily
* Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
