This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment. The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week.

Office work:  $315 per day

Overweight delivery moves:  $15 per move

Long haul pay:  $39 per load

Mandatory meetings:  $26 per hour

Mechanical breakdown:  $21 per hour

Port work exception pay:  $22 per move

Rail delay:  $21 per hour

Rework pay:  $21 per hour

Safety training:  $21 per hour

Scaling pay:  $15 per occurrence

Truck order not used:  $20 per occurrence

Refused delivery:  $35 per stop

Waiting on power unit:  $21 per hour

Yard work:  $21 per hour

New hire training pay:  $21 per hour

Rest breaks paid at the hourly rate, plus an additional amount for the activity-based bonus payment.

Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $70,000
