Torrent Resources, a CRH company, is seeking a Stormwater Maintenance Laborer to join our team. Under the supervision of the Field Operations Supervisor, the Stormwater Maintenance Laborer performs tasks necessary for cleaning stormwater structures and systems including drywells, envibro systems, treatment systems, and stormwater inlets. The position also supports the repair of stormwater structures as needed.

• Ensuring all daily tasks are completed in a safe manner
• Removing trash, leaves, sediment, and other debris from stormwater drainage systems
• Collaborating with other team members to accomplish daily tasks
• Understanding and following all Confined Space Entry protocols
• Performing daily vehicle inspections
• Assisting in daily work documentation
• Performing system repairs as necessary
• Other duties as needed

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver s license and the ability to operate a company vehicle
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and standing or walking for extended periods
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to consistently adhere to them to ensure a safe working environment
• Proven track record of punctuality, reliability, and consistent work performance
• Ascending or descending ladders up to 30 feet
• Balancing, climbing, kneeling, lifting up to 75 pounds (manhole covers, drywell covers and grates, catch basin grates), pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping, and walking while carrying support equipment
• Standing next to and entering drywells, catch basins and stormwater manholes that can be 5 feet deep or deeper
• Working near vehicle and heavy equipment traffic
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs periodically throughout the day
