The position requires the Bartender to provide beverage and food service in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant outlet with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bartenders must perform their duties quickly, accurately, and consistently while working in a team environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Adhere to all Image & Costume guidelines.

Interact with and entertain guests.

Ensure that guests receive their drinks quickly and efficiently.

Prepare all beverages according to Ojos Locos specifications.

Verify the drinking age of all guests.

Operate a POS system to compute sale prices, process payments, and provide receipts and change. Maintain accurate records, including cash-out and tip reports.

Monitor guests for signs of intoxication or suspicious activities and follow appropriate protocols, including notifying supervisors or security.

Keep the work area clean by maintaining the bar, removing dishware and trash, and performing light housekeeping duties.

Complete set-up, side work, and closing procedures, including preparing the bar for service, stocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and readiness for the next shift.

Perform all other duties as assigned.
