• Competitive salary, $140,000 - $180,000 / year, based on experience.

The Role:

• Full-time, M-F.
• Opportunity to pick up extra work for more pay if interested.
• The Nurse Practitioner will be working with patients to complete Risk Assessments in a Clinic and Home Health Setting.
• Providers will be seeing 8 patients/day in a clinic setting or 4-5 patients/day for home health.
• The provider will mostly be working in a clinic setting with the opportunity to see patients in their homes when needed.
