Campus President – Education Leadership

We are seeking an experienced Campus President to provide strategic, operational, and academic leadership for a growing campus. This role is responsible for overseeing all campus functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving enrollment and retention outcomes, and fostering a high-performance, student-centered culture.

• Provide executive leadership across academics, operations, enrollment, finance, and student services
• Develop and execute campus-level strategic plans aligned with institutional goals
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and licensing requirements
• Lead, mentor, and hold accountable senior campus leadership and department heads
• Drive student success metrics, retention, and graduation outcomes
• Manage campus budget, financial performance, and resource allocation
• Build strong relationships with corporate partners, community organizations, and regulators
• Serve as the face of the campus internally and externally

• Required prior experience as a Campus President or equivalent (non-negotiable)
• Proven executive leadership within higher education or postsecondary institutions
• Strong operational, financial, and people leadership capabilities
• Experience managing multi-department teams and complex campus operations
• Demonstrated ability to drive enrollment, compliance, and student outcomes
• Exceptional communication, decision-making, and strategic planning skills

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per year
