Sales Manager – Digital Marketing & Team Leadership

Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Commission

Total Compensation Potential: $200,000+ annually

Location: Inland Empire, CA (In-office)

About the Role

My client is seeking a Sales Manager with proven experience in digital marketing sales leadership
. This role requires someone who can motivate, manage, and hold accountable appointment setters and closers
, while driving revenue growth through innovative sales systems and strategies.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has hands‑on experience with Closed.io and Go High Level
, and is passionate about building high-performance teams that consistently exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Operations Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring processes, tools, and systems maximize productivity.
  • Team Management & Motivation: Coach, mentor, and inspire appointment setters and closers to consistently achieve results.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Design and refine workflows to streamline lead management, opportunity tracking, and conversions.
  • Training & Development: Conduct weekly sales meetings, roleplay sessions, and ongoing coaching to sharpen skills and drive performance.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with prospects and clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention beyond the initial sale.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, track performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and finance teams to align goals and messaging.
  • Extreme Accountability: Set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and maintain high standards of execution.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record managing and motivating sales teams in digital marketing or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Closed.io and Go High Level platforms.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution.
  • Commitment to ethical sales practices and customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Growth
  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000
  • Commission: Competitive structure with earning potential exceeding $225,000+ annually for successful managers.
