• Supervise and coordinate farm laborers and seasonal H-2A workers
• Oversee planting, irrigation, fertilizing, harvesting, packing, and transport operations
• Organize daily work schedules, equipment, and material assignments
• Train staff on quality control, safety procedures, and equipment use
• Operate and maintain tractors, irrigation systems, and farm machinery
• Monitor crop quality, field conditions, and harvest yields
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards
• Maintain accurate production, inspection, and shipping records

• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in an agricultural environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in physically demanding, outdoor conditions
• Fluency in Spanish (English-Spanish bilingual preferred)
• Basic math, record-keeping, and documentation skills
• Ability to lift to 55 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
