Our client in the consumer hardline products industry is seeking a hands-on, business-savvy Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee procurement, warehousing, and distribution for our client’s domestic program, supporting both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels. This role requires a humble, roll-up-your-sleeves leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working alongside the team to optimize efficiency, manage supply chain relationships, and drive continuous improvement.

Senior E-commerce Operations Manager (Consumer Hardlines exp. req.) Responsibilities
• Drive operational excellence
• Optimize operations through policy development and execution
• Oversee procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution
• Manage 3PL partnerships, vendor negotiations, and performance
• Lead shipping, logistics, and cost-effective transportation
• Develop budgets, control costs, and drive efficiency
• Recruit, train, and lead high-performing teams
• Ensure inventory accuracy and warehouse safety compliance
• Leverage strong business acumen to align supply chain efficiencies
Senior E-commerce Operations Manager (Consumer Hardlines exp. req.) Qualifications
• 5+ years of operations or supply chain experience required
• Consumer hardline product experience required
• Well-versed in leading 3PL and carrier negotiations required
• Strong background in e-commerce retail accounts required
• Experience managing EDI transactions (e.g. 850s, 856s, 810s) required
