• Maintain the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, the leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings.
• Remove trash from office areas and the apartment community perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Assist and perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Assist in cleaning available units and models.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems.
• Report maintenance concerns for repairs to the maintenance supervisor or property manager.
• Perform tasks and operate machinery in a safe manner and in compliance with safety procedures.

EXPERIENCE:
Required

• High school Diploma or GED
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred

• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• Experience with One Site or other property management software

• Classification:
  Full-Time, Hourly/Non-Exempt
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 am – 4 pm
• Compensation: $17-$18/hour
