Role OverviewWe are hiring an Enterprise Project Manager. The mission of this role is to streamline and accelerate the adoption of open source across the global enterprise technology market. The Project Manager will ensure project success by owning, driving, communicating, and engaging all stakeholders with integrity and accountability. Managing complex projects involving evolving software technologies, customer and partner satisfaction hinges on excellent project management skills.
LocationThis is a globally remote role.
Responsibilities- Experience in Enterprise IT Programs, Process Improvement, and Software Engineering Project Management.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience leading cross-cultural, remote, and global teams.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Deep understanding of Linux, Open Source, and Cloud Technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline.
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP) and Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Distributed work environment with biannual in-person team sprints.
