In Office. Job type: 12 Month Limited Term, Part Time - 3/10 Time. This is a limited term position which may be extended or become permanent. New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable. Final Filing Date:

- Under the general direction of the Senior Psychologist, Correctional Facility (CF) (Supervisor) or Supervising Psychiatric Social Worker, CF, conduct assessments and summarize case information to support diagnosis, level of care, and dispositional release.
- Diagnose and/or collaborate in diagnosis formulation; develop, monitor, and modify treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team.
- Provide assessments, group therapy, collateral conferences, and document and evaluate patients’ progress in treatment.
- Coordinate placement with community resources and the Classification and Parole Representative.
- Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker issued by the California Board of Behavioral Science.
- Education:
Master’s degree in social work from an accredited school of social work (CSWE-accredited). - Unlicensed candidates may apply if they qualify for licensure and are able to obtain licensure within the permissible time frames described in the job posting.
