Pay Range: $33-$36 per hour DOE
Full or Part Time - Flexibility
Del Rosa Villa is seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our patient-centered care team. In this full-time role, you will provide essential respiratory and pulmonary services to residents with diverse needs, helping ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care delivery.
Position SummaryThe Respiratory Therapist is responsible for performing respiratory/pulmonary therapy, clinical assessments, treatment planning, monitoring, and direct care for individuals with abnormalities affecting the pulmonary system.
Key Responsibilities- Follow established schedules, treatment plans, and facility procedures.
- Conduct focused interviews to identify individual patient needs.
- Assess physiological and psychosocial changes in patient conditions.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from the care team to support accurate diagnoses.
- Implement interventions aligned with priorities, care plans, and patient outcome standards.
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and emergency procedures.
- Communicate changes in respiratory status to the Director/Supervisor of Respiratory Care, nursing staff, and physicians.
- Promote positive communication and teamwork with interdepartmental staff.
- Maintain professional rapport with all departments within the facility.
- Ensure proper documentation of respiratory care services.
- Current Respiratory Care Practitioner license in CA
- Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
