Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies for children with autism spectrum disorders. Our mission is to enhance independence and quality of life for clients and families. The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) provides clinical leadership, oversight, feedback, and instructions to ensure successful client outcomes.
Under supervision, you ensure that:
- Families receive high-quality clinical practice, impactful progress, and satisfaction.
- Your clinical team receives professional development, oversight, and mentorship to succeed.
- Maintain an average of 5 billable hours per day (25 hours/week)
- Supervise Program Managers to ensure minimum of 28 billable hours/week
- Provide clinical supervision following BACB standards
- Conduct developmental skills assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP)
- Supervise and document for RBTs, BCaBAs, BCBA candidates
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop treatments
- Provide feedback and complete performance metrics
- Train teachers, parents, and technicians using Behavior Skills Training
- Attend IEP and team meetings, as appropriate
- Collaborate with schools and provide follow-up support
- Strong ABA and clinical skills
- Reliable scheduling and punctuality
- Excellent communication and time management
- Interpersonal skills and rapport building
- Customer service orientation and teamwork
- Ability to give/receive constructive feedback
- Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred)
San Bernardino, Redlands, Calimesa, Moreno Valley, and surrounding areas
