The Administrator is a key position in driving the organization’s success. They are responsible for both the clinical and financial success of their Program, contributing to the overall success of Telecare and the people we serve.

The individual in this role oversees and leads the team of people providing patient care and manages the business operations of the Program, ensuring regulatory compliance and actively overseeing quality assurance performance improvements. The Administrator also collaborates with all corporate departments, outside consultants, and representatives of the program to State/County agencies, community partners, and consumer groups.

The Windsor Center

The Windsor Center is a short‑stay crisis stabilization unit (CSU) that offers 24/7 services to adults and youth. It aims to increase access to crisis services, reduce inpatient hospitalization, reduce the amount of time law enforcement is involved in a mental health crisis, and strengthen the existing outpatient behavioral health services.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range is $– annual. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Position Summary

The Administrator is a key position in driving the organization’s success. They oversee clinical and financial performance, lead patient care teams, manage day‑to‑day operations, and ensure successful administration of the Program’s four pillars of performance:
Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security. The Administrator collaborates with corporate functions and external partners. Employees in this role participate in a structured on‑call rotation, staying accessible and prepared to respond to work‑related needs within a designated timeframe.

Qualifications Required
  • Masters in Social Services with a state license
  • Four (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting
  • Two (2) years of responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing
  • Understanding of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and the recovery philosophy
