Join our team of dedicated professionals who make a daily difference in the lives of young children by providing home‑based Early Intervention services. Sunny Days of California, Inc. specializes in early intervention, serving children with developmental needs from birth to three years of age. Sunny Days is a nationwide agency with programs throughout California.
Our multidisciplinary programs provide occupational, physical, and speech therapy, as well as child development services.

- Supportive and positive team environment
- Opportunities to serve infants and toddlers with developmental delays and families in home and community settings
- Conduct developmental assessments, provide physical therapy services utilizing the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon)
- Follow each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and work with the family to develop strategies that help each child reach specific developmental goals
- Utilize the family‑centered parent coaching approach to build caregivers’ confidence and skills and ensure progress is generalized
- Provide services in the child’s natural environment, including families’ homes, daycare centers, and other community settings; virtual services are also currently available
- Provide reassessments and write progress reports (typically bi‑annual)
- Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations
- California Physical Therapy (DPT) license
- Pediatric experience required (Early Intervention experience preferred)
- Home‑based service delivery experience preferred
- Strong clinical & interpersonal skills
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
