Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial performance and operational insight across our manufacturing environment. This role leads costing and inventory initiatives, strengthens financial reporting processes, and partners with cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, approachable, diligent, and highly capable of presenting complex financial information with clarity and confidence.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required
- Strong preference for an advanced degree
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis or FP&A experience within manufacturing
- Extensive experience in costing, inventory analysis, and operational finance
- Advanced Excel proficiency (modeling, scenario analysis, automation, advanced formulas)
- ERP experience within manufacturing environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to multiple departments
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and provide data-backed recommendations
- Lead costing analysis, including standard cost updates, variance review, and cost trend monitoring
- Oversee inventory reporting accuracy, valuation, and alignment with production data
- Serve as a key contributor and backup to month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and financial statements support
- Perform detailed account reconciliations and support internal control compliance
- Build and maintain advanced financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and operational decision support
- Deliver clear, articulate reporting and financial insights to operations, supply chain, finance, and leadership
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and presentations used by cross-functional teams and executives
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and financial transparency
- Support strategic initiatives, capital planning, cost-reduction opportunities, and operational projects through robust financial analysis
- Mentor and support junior financial team members

Location:
100% on site available to candidates within a reasonable commute to company office
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 + Bonus potential
